I got a laptop from Amazon, but it just quit on me - the screen won’t even light up. I checked my order and saw I could send it back, so I did. But I haven’t received any updates, even after sending a bunch of emails - no replies at all. The phone number they provided is broken too. Absolutely awful service.

I got a Macbook 7 months back, claimed it was in perfect shape, but it’s got issues. I've been reaching out to Refurbo for a month now to locate my warranty, but all my emails have gone unanswered.

I purchased this MacBook in December, and it's already got huge issues. The display only functions properly at specific angles, and the colors are all messed up with glitches. I sent them a picture via email, but I haven't received any response, even though they claim there's a one-year warranty. It overheats like crazy, seriously burns you. Greens turn to blue, blacks to red, it’s like the colors are flipped. I thought I was getting this MacBook in 'pristine condition'—what a laugh! This company is a total scam, steer clear!

Quick shipping, the keyboard is just like what was described and shown in the pictures. So far, it's working perfectly with no problems.

Fantastic - my magic keyboard showed up just like they said it would. It’s in great shape, and after I plugged it in to juice up the battery, it functioned just like it was supposed to. I got this one to swap out for an earlier wireless keyboard that had given up the ghost. I saved a good chunk of change instead of getting a brand new one. Super happy with it!

We purchased a laptop via Amazon and encountered an issue with the fan. We reached out to them, and they promptly provided a return postage slip. After they got the laptop back, it took just a few days to have it returned to us.

The customer service over the phone was outstanding, and the speed of their repair and return process was impressive.

Honestly, for the price, I thought I’d get a subpar experience, but they surprised me by delivering it the very next day. The laptop arrived in excellent shape, and the Windows installation was nice and tidy. No issues at all.

Delivery was on point, but the description claiming it was in very good shape was kinda unclear. The screen had some pixel issues, which is not the same as just scratches on the case, and that should've been made clear.

The stylus was missing, which is fine, but they didn’t mention that either.

Plus, I ran into problems with a mouse pad that was way too sensitive.

Fantastic customer support! I purchased a laptop that matched the description - spotless and in great working order, but the battery was almost dead. I called them up, and they quickly sent a new battery along with a backup one, which showed up the very next day!

I received a faulty keyboard [details below], but Refurbo quickly recognized their error, sent me a prepaid label to return the keyboard via courier, and refunded my money. Because of this, I've changed my view on Refurbo. Sure, the error shouldn't have occurred in the first place, but they handled it well, just like a reliable seller ought to. Thanks a bunch!

Original complaint, unedited: The keyboard has a broken power button, making it impossible to turn on. The keyboard is damaged, so the power button won't work. Anyone trying to use it can see this, which suggests that Refurbo didn't properly test the keyboard and are just trying to sell it off until someone gives up and takes the loss. Because of this, I wouldn't trust Refurbo as a reseller.

Before I made my buy, I reached out to the company to clear up a couple of questions, and I was really impressed by their friendly and professional assistance.

The laptop I got was truly in 'Pristine Condition' just like they said.
